Overview

The Senior Influencer Account Manager is responsible for maintaining, growing, and retaining relationships with Mavely's top Influencers in the social commerce space, managing a book of business to offer best-in-class client experience.

In Short

  • Manage, grow, and retain Tier 1 (top 25%) Managed Creators.
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing Mavely influencers.
  • Proactively schedule calls with managed creators providing tailored data and insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue.
  • Communicate influencer feedback to internal teams.
  • Monitor Influencer account health and collaborate on retention strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve as needed.
  • Share best practices for social media coaching and driving affiliate sales.
  • Stay on top of trends and develop educational materials for Influencers.
  • Occasionally attend Influencer and/or industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account or management role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Background in influencer or affiliate marketing.
  • Previous account manager experience required.
  • Sales and Service mindset with excellent customer service.
  • Strong knowledge in G-Suite, HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach.
  • Effective communicator both internally and externally.
  • Ability to perform the job safely and with respect for others.
