Overview

The Senior Influencer Account Manager is responsible for maintaining, growing, and retaining relationships with Mavely's top Influencers in the social commerce space, providing best-in-class client experience and driving revenue growth.

In Short

  • Manage and grow relationships with top influencers.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the managed book of business.
  • Provide tailored data and insights to influencers.
  • Communicate influencer feedback to internal teams.
  • Monitor account health and develop retention strategies.
  • Share best practices and advocate for Mavely.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and educate influencers.
  • Attend influencer and industry events as needed.
  • Embody Mavely values of curiosity, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an account or management role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Background in influencer or affiliate marketing.
  • Previous account manager experience required.
  • Excellent customer service and sales mindset.
  • Strong knowledge in G-Suite, HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person or remotely.
  • Respect for safety and others.
