In Short

  • Manage client/influencer/affiliate relationships and end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Identify and recruit influencers for brand collaborations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage influencer deliverables.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer performance and ROI.
  • Manage affiliate partner relationships and optimize programs.
  • Collaborate with teams to execute full-scale campaigns.
  • Monitor budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Develop promotional materials for affiliates.
  • Foster strong relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Preferred).
  • 2-4 years experience in influencer and affiliate marketing.
  • Prior experience in an agency or talent management role.
  • Experience with influencer and social media management platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze performance.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tracking tools.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
