• Conduct initial meetings with customers to understand store dimensions and set goals.
• Create customer accounts on the Notion platform.
• Create WhatsApp Groups for client follow-up.
• Supervise all processes to achieve project results.
• Add preliminary data to Notion and follow up on reports.
• Ensure access permits for advertising and social media accounts.
• Write and share plans with clients on Notion.
• Develop tasks and distribute them to team members.
• Send weekly progress reports via WhatsApp.
• Create and send invoices, following up on payments.

Requirements

• Experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
• Proficient in using Notion and WhatsApp for communication.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients.
