In Short

• Responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns (focus: Google) for lead generation.
• Continuously optimize content to drive campaign performance, e.g., with A/B tests.
• Analyze KPIs, identify optimization potentials, and recognize early where action is needed – data-driven with a clear focus on goals.
• Work closely with marketing and content team members.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in performance marketing – ideally in a startup environment.
• At least 3 years of experience with Google marketing tools (Tag Manager, Ads, Analytics, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience with outbound marketing and lead generation.
• A structured, independent working style and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Very good German and English skills at C1 level.
• Good knowledge of WordPress (Elementor).
