Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the problem-solving process. You will work independently and collaborate with various teams to provide effective solutions.

  • Guide customers through the problem-solving process.

Requirements

  • Service-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Confident and quick-witted in dealing with people, with good verbal communication skills.
  • High online and IT affinity with experience in ticket systems.
  • Preferably previous experience in customer service for a technical product.
