Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in customer success or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) for navigating complex conversations.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Freshsales.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Basic familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
• Proven track record of building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Experience in real estate management or related industries is advantageous.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
