This person will contribute to the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital and paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on Account Based Marketing (ABM). • Create, manage, and optimize performance-driven digital advertising campaigns across major ad platforms.
• Lead the strategy and execution of paid social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Reddit.
• Collaborate with the creative team on ABM-ad concepts and visuals.
• Leverage ABM data insights to create and refine audience segments.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute and optimize ABM campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid digital and social campaigns.
• Extensive experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Proven experience in audience segmentation and optimizing for performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
