As the Head of Growth, you will connect marketing and sales, implement strategic initiatives, and drive our growth based on clear corporate objectives.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a scalable growth strategy for wyn.
  • Bridge between marketing and sales, optimizing the sales funnel.
  • Build knowledge about the market, competitors, and target groups.
  • Conduct new market and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and expand the sales team.
  • Be a strategic partner for management and marketing in the international rollout of wyn.
  • Regularly coordinate with management on KPIs and business case development.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in tech, SaaS, or FinTech.
  • Proven success in building and leading sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Structured approach to building and optimizing cross-team processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to define and prioritize activities based on company KPIs.
  • Ability to connect marketing and sales for joint initiatives.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/Sales tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in German and English at C1 level.
