Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) leads business development and capture activities that focus on expanding Lantana Consulting Group’s portfolio within the CDC health ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in business development or federal contracting.
• Demonstrated experience developing and winning contracts greater than $5M.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
