Capture Manager, Public Health - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for leading and executing capture strategies that drive growth across Lantana Consulting Group’s federal public-health portfolio.
• Focuses on identifying, shaping, and securing high-value opportunities with CDC, CMS, HHS, and other public-health organizations.
• Works cross-functionally with business-development, delivery, proposal, and technical teams.
• Take ownership of the full capture lifecycle, from early identification of opportunity to proposal submission and award.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and industry partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal subject-matter experts to craft compelling solutions.
• Ensure disciplined pipeline management and adherence to growth objectives.
• Lead the development of win themes and ensure continuity between capture planning and proposal execution.
• Serve as the bridge between business development, delivery, and proposal functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, health informatics, or a related field.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in federal business development or capture management.
• Demonstrated success leading capture efforts for federal public-health opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle.
• Established network of contacts within the federal public-health ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
