In Short

• Own and prioritize the product development backlog.
• Partner with client technical and clinical teams to translate strategy requirements.
• Convert high-level strategic inputs into user stories and tickets.
• Maintain backlog prioritization aligned to timelines and objectives.
• Balance new-feature development, technical-debt reduction, and QA.
• Apply working knowledge of SDLC and federal release governance.
• Organize and lead sprint-planning sessions and reviews.
• Manage complex stakeholder needs and competing priorities.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior business analysts in Agile practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in health informatics or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive experience as a business analyst in software-development projects.
• Advanced expertise in requirements frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience leading sprint-planning sessions and Agile practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with software development lifecycle management tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
