Overview

The Field Service Advisor is the primary point of customer contact between mobile technicians, fleet operations, and leadership, ensuring vehicle concerns are documented, work orders assigned, and service flow remains efficient.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• Experience with commercial fleets preferred.
