In Short

  • Greet customers upon arrival and determine their service needs by asking insightful questions.
  • Provide clear explanations of automotive issues and recommend appropriate services and repairs.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow in the service department.
  • Prepare work orders and itemize services with accurate estimates for customer approval.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure high-quality repairs are completed efficiently.
  • Keep customers updated on repair status and any changes to service timelines.
  • Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and service recommendations accurately.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
  • Stay current on automotive technologies and service offerings through continuous education.
