Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Motor Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Fixter, helping our customers with their car maintenance needs and ensuring they have a seamless, stress-free experience.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
  • Upsell additional products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist customers with booking services and answering questions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Educate customers on Fixter’s services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
  • Some experience in telesales or business development preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
