Overview

Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Chief Revenue Officer to join our rapidly growing and diverse team. The Chief Revenue Officer will play a crucial role in furthering our mission by developing strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels and business segments. The CRO will lead and align the sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies and revenue-generating initiatives. This role is instrumental in scaling the company, optimizing profitability, and achieving sustainable growth.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, pricing models, and revenue streams.
  • Own the company’s revenue forecast and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Lead and manage the sales, marketing, business development, and customer success teams.
  • Ensure alignment between departments to create a cohesive customer journey and unified go-to-market approach.
  • Implement strong customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor performance.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic planning.
  • Communicate revenue goals and strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in executive-level revenue, sales, marketing, or business development roles.
  • Knowledge of the truck maintenance and repair industry is required.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue for high-growth companies.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and funnel optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
