In Short

  • The Vice President of Business Development (Enterprise Sales) will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by securing partnerships with specific focus on large retailers and enterprise clients.
  • You will be responsible for executing the sales strategy to expand our customer base, establish new revenue streams, and enhance our brand presence in the market.
  • You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and relationships to negotiate and close strategic partnerships.
  • This role requires a visionary sales executive with exceptional enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing high-level relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the retail and fintech landscape.
  • Lead the execution of a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • 5+ years of experience selling to finance customers within the fintech, retail, lending, or consumer financing industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably within an enterprise sales or strategic partnerships environment.
  • Strong understanding of lease-to-own financing, consumer lending, and the fintech landscape.
  • Experience working with retailers and e-commerce platforms.
