Overview

The Territory Manager at Kiva Confections is responsible for increasing product assortment and developing new customer relationships in the Central Valley region of Los Angeles, focusing on exceptional customer service and sales performance.

In Short

  • Manage sales and customer relationships in the Central and West Los Angeles area.
  • Grow the Kiva portfolio assortment and revenue.
  • Travel to dispensaries and present product offerings.
  • Generate and develop sales pipelines.
  • Process necessary paperwork for establishing accounts.
  • Provide sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with other territory managers to meet team goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the current portfolio.
  • Meet individual and team revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in CPG, spirits, wine, beer, or cannabis.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience handling high volume sales and customer inquiries.
  • Enthusiasm for the cannabis industry is a plus.
  • Experience with distribution ERP is a plus.
  • Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Report requirements.
  • Extensive travel and driving are essential for this position.
