Overview

The Regional Sales Manager at Kiva Sales & Service will lead the sales efforts in Southern California, supporting Territory Managers and fostering relationships with dispensaries to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales leadership experience.
• 4-5 years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience in CPG, preferably in cannabis, beverage, or alcohol.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of ERP software like Encompass, Asana, and Outreach is a plus.
• Passion for the cannabis industry.
