Overview

Kiva is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Manager to lead trade marketing efforts across key states in the Western and Mid-Western regions. This role focuses on creating locally relevant marketing strategies in collaboration with sales and retail partners to drive business growth.

In Short

  • Own and execute trade marketing programs across priority states.
  • Develop and implement in-store activations and merchandising best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for seamless execution.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales and purchasing data for optimization opportunities.
  • Assist in planning trade and consumer events.
  • Own the trade marketing budget for assigned markets.
  • Use digital tools like Asana and BI Dashboards for management.
  • Travel up to 40% for trade marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Trade Marketing experience in cannabis, CPG, or alcohol.
  • Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Experience working directly with retail accounts.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Multi-state trade marketing experience preferred.
