Overview

As a Commercial Operations Specialist at Kiva Sales & Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the cannabis distribution industry by supporting sales and providing excellent customer service.

In Short

• Monitor and respond to email, task system, and phone requests for order entry.
• Work with sales, brand, and operations teams to maintain operational efficiency.
• Handle pricing, promotion, product, and customer setup.
• Provide support on internal systems like Encompass and Encompass Mobile.
• Support sales by entering orders from various communication channels.
• Answer inquiries regarding accounts receivable, delivery, and product status.
• Create and maintain database records in Encompass.
• Assist with E-commerce orders and accounts.
• Act as a point of contact for Territory Managers.
• Become an expert on Encompass ERP.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with high volume calls, emails, and text messages.
• Able to execute tasks quickly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in wholesale distribution is a plus.
• Familiarity with Encompass RAS and WMS.
• Background in order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Experience with relational databases; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to guide people through workflows.
