Overview

The Commercial Operations Specialist will support the smooth processing of orders and ensure commercial excellence within the supply chain for a medical devices company in Zug, Switzerland.

• Process orders in SAP R/3 and monitor deliveries
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage contract and backorder issues
• Organize transport logistics
• Maintain customer master data
• Collaborate with product management on supply issues
• Assist in monitoring trends and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

• Commercial training or degree in Business/Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years of experience in order processing/customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-initiative and meticulous work ethic
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP knowledge preferred)
• Fluent in German and French or Italian; additional languages are a plus
