Overview

Redwood Materials is seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Specialist to join their Customer Operations team, playing a key role in ensuring outbound commercial activities are executed effectively.

In Short

• Prepare and format outbound bids using pricing inputs and historical data.
• Track bid statuses and notify stakeholders of deadlines and outcomes.
• Maintain organized records of pricing, allocation, and customer preferences.
• Create, manage, and update outbound sales orders.
• Track fulfillment status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate necessary documentation for deliveries.
• Send and track outbound sample shipments.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Sales, Logistics, and Finance.
• 4-6 years’ working experience in sales operations, business planning, or logistics preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in the Commodity, Metals, or Battery Materials industry is helpful.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in supply chain software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
