Overview

Kiva Confections is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead and optimize the accounts payable processes within the organization, ensuring adherence to policies and fostering supplier relationships.

In Short

• Lead the full cycle AP processes for the organization.
• Identify and execute process improvements for invoice processing.
• Develop and maintain AP policies and controls.
• Train and support staff on procure to payment life cycle.
• Ensure adherence to AP monthly closing timelines.
• Lead annual tax filings for 1099s.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop internal controls for compliance with audits.
• Own audit AP and expense audit requests.
• Develop metrics to monitor payables and expenses.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• 1+ year experience managing a small team.
• Experience with AP processing systems and Accounting ERP.
• Experience in manufacturing/food processing industries.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Skilled team player with cross-functional experience.
• Project management experience.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance.
