Overview

The Senior Sales Manager for Massachusetts & Connecticut will provide sales leadership, develop relationships with distribution partners, and drive sales initiatives within the cannabis industry.

  • Lead and mentor the sales team in Massachusetts and Connecticut.

  • Conduct Monthly Planning and Quarterly Business Review meetings.
  • Travel to dispensaries to build relationships.
  • Communicate new product launches and sales targets.

  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Organized and diligent with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and CRM tools.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Passion for the cannabis industry.
  • Must pass Motor Vehicle Report requirements.
