Overview

A Territory Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Area Sales Manager and pursuing new business opportunities while achieving business goals within an assigned geographic region.

In Short

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement.
  • Accompany ASM on prospect visits to learn sales strategies.
  • Coordinate daily meetings with prospects to discuss needs.
  • Represent the company at customer events and workshops.
  • Track and update prospect interactions in Salesforce.
  • Ensure data accuracy in the sales pipeline.
  • Comply with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in sales or territory management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Self-starter with cold-calling and lead prospecting skills.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
