The Field Sales Representative (FSR) at Kiva Confections is responsible for managing and growing relationships with accounts in Arizona, achieving revenue targets, and developing collaborative programs with retail partners.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience with increasing responsibility.
• 2+ years of cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Must meet Kiva’s Motor Vehicle Report requirements.
• Deep understanding of the relevant market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for the cannabis industry.
