The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Floater is a remote position that involves occasional travel to support business development efforts and participate in training sessions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of cold calling experience, preferably as an SDR.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales enablement tools (SalesLoft).
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule across multiple time zones.
  • Strong desire to excel and surpass targets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team spirited but able to work autonomously.
