  • 2 years of experience in a leadership or coaching role.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance metrics.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training sessions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Power BI.
  • Ability to provide actionable insights for team growth.
  • Experience in managing workflows using Monday.com.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to engage proactively with team members.
