In Short

  • Oversee a team of Sales Development Managers.
  • Develop top-tier talent and drive team performance.

  • Involved in prospect qualification and discovery calls.
  • Provide performance summaries and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish scalable processes.
  • Develop and own KPIs for team performance.
  • Invest in self-development for future success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in sales prospecting and closing.
  • 2+ years experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Experience in complex enterprise software sales.
  • Open source software sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of overachievement in sales.
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDICC or SPIN.
  • Fluency in French and English.
