  • Strong coaching and development skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Metrics-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Interest in learning new tools, especially AI.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
  • Adaptable and humble personality.
