Overview

The Senior Director, Individual Givings is responsible for managing a small portfolio of major donors and implementing fundraising strategies to expand the base of individual donors, working closely with the development leadership team.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required.

• Minimum of 3 years of team management experience.

• Experience in nonprofit development.
• Ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in a remote work environment preferred.
