In Short

  • Develop and oversee benefits, enhancing the employee experience.
  • Manage operations of self-insured health plans and 401(k) plan.
  • Administer the annual open enrollment cycle.
  • Partner with benefits broker for trends and plan utilization.
  • Manage leave of absence programs ensuring compliance.
  • Complete compliance-related tasks and audits.
  • Develop employee communications regarding benefits.
  • Provide guidance on benefits administration.
  • Partner with internal teams on employee issues.
  • Ensure benefits documentation is up to date.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Benefits & Leave Administration roles.
  • Experience with Workday benefits module preferred.
  • Strong understanding of FMLA and disability programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Benefits Professional is a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation with confidentiality.
