Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in benefits administration.
• Knowledge of employee leaves of absence management.
• Experience with compliance regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA).
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience in vendor management and performance tracking.
• Ability to perform monthly benefits audits.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional benefits certification preferred.
