The Benefits Manager plays a critical role in providing benefits analysis and support of GPC benefit plans and programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Benefits Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Innovative thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Work performed in a typical office environment.
• No travel anticipated.
