The Office Clerk provides general office support with various receptionist activities and clerical related tasks, ensuring professional handling of customer interactions and administrative duties.

In Short

  • Provide general office support and receptionist activities.
  • Greet customers and screen incoming calls.
  • Perform data entry and clerical tasks.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable duties.
  • Verify daily cash ups and enter information into A/R system.
  • Reconcile P-Card statements and code payable invoices.
  • Match vendor invoices to packing slips.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and punctuality.
  • Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative/office experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and dependable.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Strong organizational skills.
