In Short

  • Responsible for compliance with Federal, State, and Commercial reimbursement contracts.
  • Manage compliance functions related to Medicare and Medicaid.
  • Conduct file audits and present findings to the Compliance Committee.
  • Review payor contracts and ensure compliance with reimbursement requirements.
  • Develop a database of payor policy and billing guidelines.
  • Oversee submissions and renewals of state Medicaid programs.
  • Monitor trends in regulatory policies and report findings to management.
  • Develop and maintain reimbursement training programs.
  • Manage federal, state, and commercial payor audits.
  • Collaborate with product development on coding and funding of new products.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of compliance and reimbursement processes.
  • Experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
  • Ability to conduct audits and present findings effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
