This position is accountable for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic business development opportunities, owning the process from prospecting through deal close. It ensures thorough financial and market analysis, effective cross-functional coordination, and seamless handoff to internal stakeholders. This role supports the Chief Business Officer in advancing partnerships aligned with organizational growth.

In Short

  • Strategic Market Analysis: Research industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Deal Execution: Assist in structuring transactions and coordinating due diligence across teams.
  • Partnership Development: Evaluate and support strategic alliances and licensing agreements.
  • Financial Modeling & Valuation: Work with Finance team to build financial analyses and prepare investment memos.
  • Integration Planning: Contribute to pre- and post-close integration efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
  • Commercial BD support: Partner with Sales/Marketing on market development strategy.
  • Commitment to confidentiality regarding patient information.

Requirements
