• Accountable for timely & compliant billing of customer orders to patients.
• Review patient balances and ensure accurate billing for services.
• Establish payment arrangements with patients and collect on balances.
• Support call center operations by assisting patients with billing questions.
• Utilize RCM systems for payment processing and billing holds.
• Research and resolve patient billing concerns.
• Initiate outbound calls to drive patient cash collections.
• Review daily/weekly tasks to achieve patient collection goals.
• Assist in the development of training materials.
