Overview

The Patient Care Advocate Supervisor (PCAS) will lead the Patient Care Advocate team, focusing on patient follow-up and support for the Kestra CareStation® remote monitoring platform.

Requirements

  • Strong clinical understanding of heart failure and SCA.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar software.
