Overview

Boulder Care is looking for a Care Advocate Supervisor for a 100% remote, full-time position.

In Short

• Manage daily operations of the Care Advocate team.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Care Advocates.
• Deliver coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Develop and maintain policies and workflows for the team.
• Analyze operational challenges and present solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support career development and team effectiveness.
• Work full time during weekdays EST - PST.
• Participate in continuing education initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Certified Medical Assistant required.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare, including patient advocacy.
• Exceptional clinical skills and a passion for serving patients.
• Proficient in healthcare terminology, especially addiction medicine.
• Comfortable with technology and common business tools.
• Team-focused and collaborative spirit.
• Available full time during weekdays, may require non-standard hours.
