The Community Liaison role at Boulder Care involves engaging with community stakeholders to promote a care model for substance use disorder, emphasizing empathy and support.

In Short

• Conduct outreach to develop and sustain relationships with local partners.
• Manage and grow enrollment for targeted regions.
• Lead marketing presentations in meetings.
• Evaluate and track outreach effectiveness.
• Provide initial case consultations to patients and families.
• Assist with community education regarding Boulder Care’s services.
• Meet or exceed established enrollment targets.
• Complete documentation within 48 hours.
• Coordinate with teams across different regions.
• Work 40 hours a week with flexible hours.
