Community Liaison - Remote

Overview

The Community Liaison serves as Boulder Care’s “boots on the ground”, working to build relationships, engage with community stakeholders, and promote a care model for substance use disorder grounded in empathy and support.

In Short

• Conduct outreach to local and regional partners.
• Manage and grow enrollment for targeted regions.
• Lead marketing presentations in various meetings.
• Evaluate and track effectiveness of outreach activities.
• Provide case consultations to patients and families.
• Establish relationships with community resources.
• Meet or exceed established enrollment targets.
• Complete documentation within 48 hours.
• Coordinate with teams across different regions.
• Work independently with high emotional intelligence.
