Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) Director. In Short

  • Manages and leads a team of Strategic Account Managers in customer engagement and retention.
  • Drives the attainment of the group’s financial performances.
  • Ensures proper engagement with customers and ongoing partnering with internal departments.
  • Leads the team in attainment of assigned sales quotas.
  • Drives strategic development of customer account plans.
  • Coordinates senior management involvement with customers as appropriate.
  • Supports operations team in finding new vendors.
  • Oversees scheduling of customer project work.
  • Ensures customer notes are maintained in CRM/ERM databases.
  • Proactively assesses customer needs and communicates trends.

Requirements

  • 10 years of strategic account management experience in a B2B environment.
  • 2 years of experience leading or managing sales team performance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required.
  • Experience in the Facilities and Janitorial services industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP software (Salesforce, etc.).
  • Problem solving and conflict management skills.
  • Customer relationship building skills.
