Overview

As a Strategic Account Director, you will join an account team to drive growth, value, and strategic partnership with one of our largest customers. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support to deliver an exceptional customer journey, proactively identify new revenue opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor at every level of the customer’s organization.

  • Establish and maintain strong VP/C-suite relationships.
  • Create a roadmap for increasing revenue through multi-unit adoption.
  • Lead structured account planning and business reviews.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of consultative experience managing large enterprise relationships.
  • Demonstrated success closing new lines of business in major global accounts.
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue-based targets.
  • Skilled at synthesizing technical information for executive audiences.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset for planning and executing with teams.
