Overview

Science Exchange is on a high-growth trajectory and looking for a Strategic Account Director with 5-8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS account management, procurement tech solutions, and the life sciences industry.

In Short

  • Develop and execute account growth plans for existing accounts.
  • Manage senior relationships and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build and maintain upsell and expansion pipeline.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from SQL stage to close.
  • Oversee account strategy and governance.
  • Collaborate on implementations for account expansions.
  • Own account governance and business review meetings.
  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales within life sciences.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and related tools.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required; Master’s, MBA, or PhD is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of life sciences and pharma vertical.
  • Experience driving account expansion and upsells.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute growth-focused account plans.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
