Overview

The Labor Relations Coordinator provides operational support to the Human Resources Labor Relations team by maintaining data integrity, supporting compliance with collective bargaining agreements, and streamlining labor-related processes.

In Short

  • Manage workforce rosters and eligibility lists for holiday pay.
  • Support maintenance of CBA tracking tools.
  • Partner with operational leaders for work schedule data management.
  • Generate HR and workforce data reports to identify discrepancies.
  • Oversee union dues authorizations and membership assignments.
  • Support the monthly remittance process for dues.
  • Manage labor relations service requests via the HR ticketing system.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for labor relations.
  • Cross-train on Labor Relations processes.

Requirements

  • Basic HR practices and compliance knowledge.
  • Willingness to learn CBA-related processes.
  • Standard office procedures and data handling skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Process orientation.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including sorting and pivot tables.
