Overview

The Sr. Specialist - HR Communications will support internal communications for the KBS People Team, creating clear and consistent content that aligns with strategic goals.

• Collaborate with HR/internal stakeholders for communication needs.
• Maintain editorial/project calendar for People Team communications.
• Draft, edit, and distribute announcements and newsletters.
• Monitor performance of communication channels and develop improvements.
• Support company meetings/events and coordinate meeting execution.
• Manage distribution lists and recommend targeted communications.
• Craft social media content supporting company goals.
• Create graphics using Canva for various communication channels.
• Design communication materials and presentations.
• Follow brand standards in visual communications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in communications or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, public relations, or related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools like Canva.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with analyzing information for decision-making.
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
