Overview

As a Parts Outside Sales Representative, you will be selling parts for aggregate crushing, wood grinding, screening, and waste shredding equipment to industrial customers across Ontario. You'll focus primarily on outbound prospecting and transactional sales, targeting operational personnel such as site foremen, mechanics, and maintenance managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial sales experience.
• Experience in outbound/high-volume sales preferred.
• Comfortable working in a field sales capacity.
• Basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
• Experience using a CRM (PipeDrive preferred).
• High school diploma minimum.
• Industry experience in construction equipment or industrial supply preferred.
• Ability to generate leads and conduct cold calls.
• Experience selling to maintenance managers and site supervisors preferred.
• Willingness to travel (10-25%) as required.
