Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with solution providers across the HR, Marketing, and IT sectors, and selling access to curated 1:1 meetings with qualified C-level decision-makers. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to close — supported by SDRs and pre-qualified lead lists. This is a fast-paced, remote-first role with a short sales cycle, uncapped monthly commission, and the opportunity to sell a proven executive engagement service trusted by B2B solution providers worldwide.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B new business sales experience.
  • Proven background in sponsorship or event sales.
  • Experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.
  • Must have a minimum of 500 LinkedIn connections.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and sales prospecting tools.
  • Experience conducting video calls via Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Basic understanding of email sequencing workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
